In a world where death was their only birthright, they carved out an empire that was legend incarnate. But while they fought cursed monsters outside, a more insidious monstrosity struck from within. Greed, deception, and war marked the end of the Valeriya Empire. Hundreds of years later, Nero is born into a nation of warriors, in an age cracking beneath an unseen weight. Whispers of a new order, undercurrents to seize power, and a desire to form a new empire have spread throughout the lands.
