So far so good.like the story line it's development, the character especially the friendship between the MC and his friend. Like the insomnia part of the disease though cliche and can be predicted the story line of the disease.

so....I just started this and there are some concerns that come out where I'm not sure if it's the translation or the novel itself...like they use an actual disease, the Lou Gehrig disease, to name a fantastical disease? also, this seems like it's heading into a harem-like situation...these girls just automatically seem to want to hug or kiss him...very unrealistic...smh...I mean if there's going to be a harem trope, then put some thought into it...this is just TOO cliche!!!

the japanese novel one is in real-world, if im not wrong its called "curing incurable disease with semen(dropped?)", so after reading the synopsis, this novel is backlash from what he did in that novel huh? lol
