And though she is cool, she never does things that could be said as going overboard. She usually just retaliates those who do harm. The MC definitely isn't very smart and I don't think they mentioned a single time what he actually went to college for, just that he did so I'd expect him to be at least a little bit smarter than he is. The MC decides that he wants to be a marathon runner but then continues to smoke multiple packs a day. At one point the MC realizes that he has 7 years of lifespan remaining and immediately starts smoking another cigarette...
