alcoholism a love story

Pretty overated, there a bunch of fillers and sentences that contradict each other the chapter after. MC she has going to be low key but starts parading his power to a bunch of people. The author alcoholism out random shot out of this ads throws it in the book and doesn't explain anything. A good example of this is the MC gets a sister out of no where or MC gets a new function because he never noticed or abuse his system enough.The update frequency is very nice and it's a horrible novel if you don't mind the plot holes and fillers. My English is bad sorry

This is the greatest fantasy romantic comedy I have read in my life. The MC is absolutely adorable, yet hilariously flawed and in my humble opinion may require therapy due to her alcoholism. In near every chapter, there is an incredible twist that pulls at your heartstrings or presses the enrage button. And to top it off, there is enough calming loveliness from the FL's relationship with the male lead to almost unfreeze my own unfeeling stone heart. The writing and pacing are excellent. The action is relatively simple, so it's an easy read. There are no glaring grammar mistakes. And I have a massive unrequited crush on the author. Great work, Author! I'm going to go take an ice cold shower, now. 

This is a story of a small cohort-turned-adventurers who, along their journey of improvement, learn to rely on each other to overcome their own personal troubles. What you get in this novel is a fantastic dynamic between the characters as well as personal growth and development. This in and of itself makes the novel worth reading (and the first two arcs are available free!). Do note the book touches some heavier subjects, such as abandonment, alcoholism, suicidality, etc.. The magic system is decently balanced and simple, though perhaps our MC benefits frequently from dedicated heals... I decline to say more to avoid spoiling. The plot so far (as of the end of Act 2 —ch. ~90) has been well-paced, fun, and sometimes quite sweet, too. I look forward to seeing what the author continues to provide for us! Tldr: This is well written if you enjoy group-focused, less-smutty fantasy (though driven by an MC). The first 100 chapters are free. Might at well try the first arc.

Welcome to another generic novel were you'll be able to experience such joys as: -dumb as a door MC; -bland as paper characters; -neglected super computer from another world; -MC that only pulls trough due to sheer dumb luck; -lack of competent villains; -dumb as a door MC( but oh so incredibly ruthless); -the usual excessive drivel to simply increase word count; -abandoned plot points and inconsistencies ... Lots of those; -dumb as a door MC ( also mostly acts as a robot) ; I would suggest to skip this one and go directly to WMW or I dunno, just go outside and take a walk. The translation quality is good and the release schedule is consistent but I've seen some many dropped plot points that I seriously start to wander if the author didn't fall into alcoholism to forget his own work or something(as he was writing this).

Joyce Ortsen’s writing is captivating — richly descriptive, emotionally nuanced, and full of unexpected twists. She doesn’t shy away from difficult themes, and she handles them with remarkable depth and skill. This story holds the reader captive, urging you to hope, to question, and to feel every moment alongside the characters. A beautifully crafted novel that stays with you long after the final page. Highly recommended for lovers of emotional drama, intense character arcs, and powerful storytelling.
