orphan black novel

A very poor orphan with annoying but lovely younger sister suddenly got a 'black technology' when the world regain 'vitality'. This 'black technology' suited his personality that like to make people 'distressed'. The MC is OP but he like hiding his power very much so he can easily get distress point , MC only using his real power when killing 'real' enemy. This novel is fun, i laugh many times reading this. The only problem is this novel need new translator asap.
