Sui Meng was just an ordinary girl who woke up in the body of sixteen year old Sophie Peterlor. I just started reading Marvel: With Spider Power and Omnitrix. That scene where Ben sits at his cluttered desk, staring at the mutant spider that bit Spider‑Man bright red and blue, lifeless yet still captivating absolutely hooked me. Then you drop the reveal: Ben isn’t the legendary Uncle Ben but Peter’s adopted cousin, whose very name weighs on him. That emotional blend of nostalgic tribute and identity disruption is cinematic gold. Imagine Ben hunched in that cramped room, the spider’s rigid legs curled like a flower on the page, his expression torn between awe and longing. Then flash to the Omnitrix on his wrist its cosmic promise pulsating, poised to awaken. His regret, envy, and quiet resolve all collide in that split-second shift. The contrast between the intimate, grounded moment and the looming cosmic power would look breathtaking across two pages. I’m a commissioned comic and manga cover artist, and I’d love to bring this to life visually if you’re interested. No pressure, though I just feel this opening is begging for a graphic reinterpretation. If you’d like to chat, I’m on Discord (yoursavannah._.) or you can email me at [email protected]. I’d genuinely love to explore this with you if you’re up for it. Cheers Savannah
