The story was at least readable until chapter 18, where a rope was used to stop a moving truck. The rope is tied to trees, and the author specifically mentions that the trees were nearly uprooted from the force. But the rope is fine. The MCs mechanical arm could only take a few bullets before becoming useless. But a rope is stronger than a vehicle. If he made his armor from that material he'd be indestructible.
