The world building part and the way he builds his organization is really good.. for example his puppet army and his pirates.. but also the way he is building an advanced civilization that no one knows of on a uncharted island. I recommend the novel.

I thought this was the written version of the graphic novel with the same title but it appears to be plagiarized. The chapter numbers don’t match up so one thinks that the graphic novel is being completed after it. But that’s not the case. I believe from what I’ve read that this is being stolen from the graphic novel.
