Naruto: The Sage Body of Konoha
Transmigrated into the Naruto universe moments before the Uzumaki Clan’s annihilation, Hikaru Uzumaki awakens the Sage Body—a primordial power said to rival the God of Shinobi himself. Now, cursed with immortality and boundless chakra, he must rewrite history to save his clan and carve his name into the ninja world’s legacy.
Dubbed “Konoha’s Prodigy” and “the Red Flash” for his unmatched speed, Hikaru becomes a legend in his own right: slaying tailed beasts with dual katanas, mastering forbidden sage arts, and even decapitating Madara Uchiha’s statue at the Valley of the End as a “gift” to the fallen warlord. But when he steals the Uchiha Clan’s sacred stone tablet to forge a meteor hammer, Madara marks him as his eternal rival, 发誓 to reclaim both his honor and the secrets of the Six Paths.
Yet beyond the battlefield, Hikaru’s legacy stirs unexpected emotions. Tsunade Senju, the prodigious “Goddess of Slug Sage Arts,” finds her dreams haunted by a man who rides backward on a white steed, playing a shakuhachi flute. As she stands on the cusp of becoming the Fourth Hokage, even she wonders: Will the day come when Hikaru returns to Konoha, not as a warrior, but as the man who stole her heart?

Was really excited to see a gender bender body swap, as that was the original pace of the story. Only to see that the author does a complete 180 a few chapters in. The editing and name get confusing later on as, you can tell that the MC is a male in females body, but due to poor editing they forcibly rewrote him as male, while leaving some female MC elements in the story. Once you see that change the story loses interest fast; it would have been better in my opinion just to keep the MC female as intended.
