SPOILER AT THE VERY END*** I actually thought this was written from an anime and checked when first started getting to the actual story. This is so amazingly good and interesting it’s like solving regular mysteries for your job, but many are pieces to a bigger puzzle you need to pick out and put together, then as the story continues you eventually realize the ACTUAL puzzle is made of multiple competed pictures, some of which are from various points in the past, some have pieces scattered throughout time and you’re only now seeing the final pieces which is why they seemed related but still didn’t make sense. Then slide all those pictures together with the picture Klein himself is making with his own actions and you begin to see the scope of the story, suspense, and amount of talent in the writing. ***SPOILER- I did see a short anime series was made that leaves out a LOT and covers up till the fight with the clown to recover the book where everyone freezes from the artifact till Klein breaks free.
