“Even if this universe is truly nothing more than a brutal, bloody, shadowy forest, we Cultivators will burn all that we have just to give off a single weak flickering spark in the darkness! “No matter how weak each spark is, how short-lived, how small… As long as the sparks flow unabated, then one day one of those sparks will light some tinder, and that tinder shall light some fallen branches, and those branches shall set ablaze each and every last tree of the forest! “In the end, even the smallest sparks will eventually set the shadowy forest ablaze and illuminate the whole world!” ------ ** Qidian International and the former translator, Mr. Strivon, have reached an agreement to buy out the chapters and host them on our site. Started this off thinking it was going to be a sweet story, but boy, was I wrong. Firstly, I love the slight contrast between Zarqa and Ali Baba, with Zarqa being raised by her dad while Ali Baba was being raised by his mother, both of them having lost one other parent. Secondly, this book has one of the best transitions I have ever read ok the platform. The dark elements that not only feature fantasy but also touch on the reality of humans makes this feel all the more real. I wanna rant about how well written this piece is and how authentic it feels. This is a unique take on webnovels and I've fallen in love with the book. 10000000/10🩷💯
