It so happened that our region is located in the center of the Silk Road, so it is so interesting to read about China. Since starting from the Zhou State and the empire, Khan was already connected with the Silk Road, and trade. It would be interesting to read you new information about Chinese empires, traditions, and possibly trade.

Thus, thanks to the Silk Road, new food products appeared in those countries where they did not exist before. There are new culinary dishes - pedmeni, noodles, steamed buns, manti. Without them, the modern kitchen of the Silk Road regions would lose a lot in understanding the taste. The author hopes that even despite the not very good English text of the story I have written, the information will be interesting to the reader.
