If you’re black and can’t take racial discrimination I’d advise you not to read this book. The author definitely a demented white supremacist. Originally had no problems with their ideology of European supremacy but the blatant slurs used especially in chapters after 480 is just wayyy too much.

in short, the story is good, it's just that there are too many things needed to be cut off, reading up until 236, almost every chapter is about discrimination, racial or feminism, its like no character development, mc being all about money, easily persuaded, i mean there's no problem with that but can th topics about discrimination, race and gender be done with, its full of this, reality is already tiring to begin with, anyway typical chinese novel.

Read all chapters and then give review. Good comedy, op mc, school life fun, neighbours fun,character development. I read all novels, but good are ss, lotm, devil cage. But this best bcz good story with character development. Drawback is discrimination against black, high weight people.

It's a good novel, but I must say that the Poul has no spine whatsoever. The fact that he apologizes for the discrimination he faced is disappointing and frustrating. I do not care if it was to save their face. In the end, he has no dignity. It's a like a white woman calling a black man the N-word. Afterward, the black man will apologize for his reasonable and justified outburst of such words. And also, these character seems to be conservative in the sense that they're okay with all the struggles the marginalized face as long as they remain in their position.
