I just started reading The Boys: Captain America, especially Chapter 1, “War.” That opening scene Captain America and Soldier Boy leading their squad through a bombed-out French village during World War II has incredible visual potential for comic panels. Imagine the chaos of explosions and gunfire, rubble-strewn streets, and smoke-filled air. Captain America deflects bullets with his shield while Soldier Boy tears through the battlefield, their teamwork seamless. The tension of the moment, the grim setting sun, and the exhausted soldiers all add depth and emotion. This intense, action-packed sequence would translate beautifully into panels, with dynamic poses, contrasting light and shadow, and the raw grit of war.
