I have read two other novels by Ding Mo, and once again she doesn't dissapoint! This novel is different as it is a business thriller, where as the other two were crime thrillers. Honestly I was a bit more invested in the crime thrillers, maybe because the stakes were higher there. However, her wrtiting is on point and she has a very beautiful way of expressing emotions that make you understand the depth of a characters feelings! I read it when it was almost completely translated, so it was a great quick read for me! Definitely recommend this! 😍
