I’m nearly 2000 chapters in and I thought it should be ending soon, but then I checked the list of chapters and it’s about 5000+ chapters!!!! 😵😵😵 Anyway, a lot of stuff goes and the author has a habit of throwing in ridiculous plot twists one after the other just to try to keep the story exciting enough to keep going. Oh and the r*pe stuff continuously happens throughout the story. All or almost all of the good female characters I know of have been r*ped by their love interest at some point. Sometimes (though rarely) some of the female characters r*pe their love interests too. I’m guessing that the author views this kind r*pe as though it were just bad sex. Bad sex can be unpleasant and lead couples into breaking up and yet can still be forgivable at times. R*pe isn’t bad sex. It’s violation. It’s physical assault. Gang r*pe / r*pe by a stranger is also often used in the story as punishment against female antagonists. Other than that, there are also a lot of misunderstandings that occur throughout the story between all the different couples—and by a lot, I mean A LOT. It gets a bit tiring to have to read though all the supposed betrayals, heartbreaks, jealousy and etc. Now I’m only continuing to read the story just so I can find out what’s going on behind the scenes—who are the real enemies? What are the real identities of these certain characters? Stuff like that.
