I read up to chap 21 and there are so many things that bother me. I am not sure if it will get better in the later story but the MC who is kazekage does not act like a proper leader. Worse, he seems to take sides with konoha. Yes, many innovative modern ideas are good. But, his diplomatic skill to benefit his nation is suck. His nation is unable to fight another war yet decides to mix with someone else's war. To make it worse, it is his enemy nation's war. A treaty between two nations does not mean they are together until the end. Yet, this kazekage seems to believe it like a five year old naive kid. If there is a politician like that in my nation, they will be gone without trace before saying anything.
