To be honest it was quite bad at the start, the writing quality, character, and basically everything. However, the one thing that this fanfic does right is the premise, a classic oc fanfic which I really like, it’s just that it wasn’t written very well. However, up til like 100+ I can tell the author had really improved, and so good premise + ok writing skills = good story, however what the author lacks is book knowledge. Like having Grover stand out in the Roman camp despite them having so many fauns completely makes no sense, the characterisation of the Romans makes no sense either. This is supposed to be a percy Jackson fic and not a mythology fix that’s vaguely percy Jackson. So I suppose everything could be fixed if the author knew more about percy Jackson world. However, I do see the author has a lot of potential, he just needs to make sure to have more knowledge of the actual books content
