This is a weird fanfiction. It has touya as a deranged individual willing to do anything for attention. Idk why the author tries to make a worse headcannon just to make the story more edgy. Saying that the story is well written, but todoroki is not like a reincarnated individual more like a person who has some basic knowledge and additional abilities. He seems too dependent on Endeavor and constantly hates on poor people. Seems like some of the authors' bias is bleeding into the character writing. Anyways not for me.
