One day, as he walked through Marine Headquarters, a group of officers suddenly surrounded him. They overpowered him—the strongest man on the seas—and draped a yellow robe across his shoulders.
“It’s cold, Admiral,” they said. “You should wear something warmer.”
Looking into the earnest eyes of those officers, Ortoren let out a long, weary sigh.
“After all these years of loyalty, my name is ruined in an instant. You’ve truly done me in.”
