It has a funny litrpg mechanic forcing the MC to be highly selfish later on. so hop on at least give it till chapters 4-5 so you can experience what's in store.

if you found that you liked this go to fanfiction.net and type in gamer in the upper right search column they got quite a few good naruto litrpg crossovers as well as some other stuff that is decent length.
