What to expect : 1. Smart and consistent MC 2. Lots of training 3. MC manipulating the plot to his advantage 4. A lot of original arcs. 5. Plot will mostly stay the same (at least till Shippuden), but I won't repeat any scenes/dialogues that took place in the manga (as I'm assuming you've already read it). A fill the gap novel, that create actual story and depth to the dxd verse. And while that is usually all dandy and nice, naruto and sasuke are pretty much throttled into the verse with just memories and a pat on the back( not so much for sasuke though) I honestly think the title is a clickbait and I hate weak to strong devolopment. So if you want full chakra op naruto and sasuke in this bih, this novel is not for you. On the opposite if naruto and sasuke were pulled into a far more distinct and kinda dark dxd verse with nothing but memories, how would it go? Well this novel answers your question.

Meh, this isn't bad. However, both Naruto and Sasuke have been working hard for the past four years had less/equal amount of development as lee had in 1 year and several months. Naruto almost passed out from Zabuza's killing intent but was okay with Kuramas, who last time I checked is the strongest of the nine tail beasts. The training in the academy was fine, but the results were underwhelming. They should at least be able to defeat Kakashi without the Sharingan individually. Yes, Kakashi is a veteran, but he is a stagnated veteran. He barely improved from the 14 years old version of himself and highly depends on his Sharingan. Kakashi can't use the Chidori without it. Overall, the power scaling is BS. Here is how it should have been.
