I'd say it was an excellent execution of the light novel. It's very thrilling. Don't let the fact that it's one season put you down because for all 12 episodes the entertainment never declines. It's not as good as "Monster" but better than "Psycho Pass". So not a must watch but a pleasure to, when you have time.
