The young priestess she recruited was actually the number one saintess from the Divine World. She was known as the holy saintess. Yet, she still referred to herself as a mortal.
It would be amusing if Rito portrayed himself as a prophet — much like how God hid behind the guise of Chuck Shirley, passing himself off as a prophet and writing the "Gospel of the Winchesters" in *Supernatural*. In Rito's case, however, he would create the *DxD* manga, and it would be called the Gospel of Hyodo.
