I really like this idea, instead of just no cursed energy, it's positive. However the restraints, or restrictions that are place upon him are awkward. I believe that a better flaw would be that in a battle cursed energy could dilute his positive energy. While positive energy, since it's innately cursed energy times it self, could overpower it. this situation would fix, the issue of power balance since the evasive, smart people could defeat him.
