Love the story, I especially liked the his stint in the Gintama universe. Killing Sada Sada probably caused quite a few changes in the story in regards to the shogunate. I do hope you haven't dropped the fic, it's been 5 months since the last update. I know the author isn't obligated to write for us but an update on the situation would be appreciated.
