Batman sacrifices himself in hopes of saving Earth, knowing full well he is only delaying the inevitable. With Earth's best tactician gone, the Justice League felt the weight Batman was lifting for them. Batman's son Damian Wayne has to step up to lead the Justice League and make sure his father's death wasn't in vain. This story follows Damian Wayne, Batman's son, after he sacrificed himself to save Earth. The idea is to make a character even better and cooler than Batman, someone with all of Batman's qualities and then some, but without Batman's flaws. One of Batman's biggest flaws, and probably his only one, is his abstinence from killing villains who would later on cause even more tragedies. Many Batman fans, including myself, hate that about him. How many tragedies did the Joker cause because Batman spared him? Damian, on the other hand, Anyone who knows his background and character knows that he's never been very enthusiastic about sparing criminals. On another note, one thing that Bruce Wayne had, and Damian also shares in this story, is his womanizing ways, so (spoiler alert) Damian will have quite a few romantic encounters, and by a few, I mean a lot. Anyway, in short, the story focuses on Damian and his efforts to not let his father's death be in vain by protecting Earth, but in his own way, and exacting his own justice the way he sees it, and along the way, have some fun.
