Perhaps the most intelligent person in the world, a woman who doesn't age, and despite being a mother of two in the canon, she still keeps her figure. So what if she could improve herself? Someone unknown reincarnated as Bulma, lucky for her, she has one advantage that sets her apart from all her infinite versions, she's a mutant of her race!
