First the mc learns alchemy somehow in the world of fairy tail because he understands alchemy by watching an anime, like Bro just no. You are not that smart, second, the mc has no magic in a world where you need it if you gonna survive against the top tier. Third grammar and coping things from the wiki without changing a single word and making it so that characters say things don't even happen until 200 years into the future. Fourth in the newest dude introduces Truth from fma and this is where I just draw the line. If you wanna a good fairy tail ff, just read Fairy Tail: Shinigami and Fairy Tail: Annihilation King, they are plenty of good fics on fanfiction.net as well
