They were much stronger than a Primaris Space Marine, but not as strong as a Custodian. To put it simply, half as strong as a Custodian. Recruitment targets: men and women between the ages of 18 and 40. This was made possible because Gerhard asked Lencillus to let him analyze it. The purpose of these warriors is to create a new generation of warriors stronger than a Primaris Space Marine.
