TL Synopsis:
Qingshui, a transmigrator in the Naruto world, finds himself an orphan in the Sand Village during the Second Great Ninja War. With average ninja talent, he specializes as a Puppet Master to survive. His unique system panel, initially only providing detailed data on self-made items, evolves to allow him to deploy an 'Avatar' to other worlds.
His Avatar is sent to Gotham City, where he becomes a minor villain known as Puppeteer Clearwater, imprisoned in Arkham Asylum. Utilizing his knowledge from the Naruto world and his system's capabilities, Qingshui navigates the dangerous environment of Arkham, escaping during a Joker-orchestrated breakout. He begins building a new life in Gotham, focusing on integrating modern engineering with puppetry to establish his presence in the city's underworld. Meanwhile, his main body in the Naruto world joins the Puppet Force, continuing to refine his skills and knowledge, participating in high-stakes missions against Konoha forces.

story is good and the Mc development is stable. the thing i dont like are the CLONES god thr CLONES. the MC created wayyy to manny clones that the story becomes pointless at this time. with the clones it becomes more of an NTR story where the clones seduce other female characters kinda pointless.
