question, why is it whenever someone writes or translates a Dragonball fanfic, unless their character becomes like say Goku or whatever, they NEVER use a Saiyan name.... what vegetable is Mostis? drinks....

question, why is it whenever someone writes or translates a Dragonball fanfic, unless their character becomes like say Goku or whatever, they NEVER use a Saiyan name.... and same with the others, each race, or group have themed names, Saiyan's are named after vegetables, and angels and Gods of destruction are named after alcoholic drinks....

The writings quality is good, just need some fine tuning here and there but overall is great. The idea on the other hand is not fresh at all. Just another stale DG fanfic where the mc becomes saiyan (it's not stale, maybe rotten?) Throw some system there (oh it's a inherited one, got some goodies from predecessor) and there you have it. I am not against the system here, but reborn as saiyan? It's like you have great cooking skills but instead of using a fresh ingredients you just make do with something stale, and use ordinary/common way to cook it. There's no uniqueness no novelty in it. If you instead make your mc becomes other than a saiyan even if it's just an earthling it will let the readers experience something different.

honestly, I enjoyed this fanfic but I felt that it was pointless to give the Mc legendary Saiyan and ancient Saiyan when you're gonna nerf him that much
