I've read up to chapter 32 at the moment, and I think it's already adequate for an assessment: The Narration is good, the author has skill in writing fights. The interactions between the characters are also of quality, it delivers well the emotion that certain moments should have. The downside is that Tai Lung's character, at least in the first 20 chapters, is quite inconsistent. The author didn't seem to know if he wanted an edgylord MC or a Good MC generating some actions quite contradictory to what he said in his interior monologues... And speaking of which, at least for my taste, the chapters take up a little too much volume in Tai Lung's monologues or sometimes other characters instead of really advancing a plot construction. Overall, it's a well and certainly necessary read for the scarce KFP fanfiction community.
