Since the story has about 50 chapters, I feel like I should do another proper review. I don't do reviews for stories much other than on ff.net but just this story made me use webnovel, so here I go with the review. Firstly, the timeline of this story is very original and is very well done. I never seen a ff fanfiction that's set about 10-15 years before the start of the show. The author so far has done very with filling in the gaps and as someone in the discord server I can safely that before the start of the time Lucy joins fairy tail, the story will still many content. Second I wanna talk about the mc, Ethan and his magic. The mc is very done and I enjoy his character. He isn't some edgy harem loving mc who kills for no reason. The mc is pretty normal and genuinely listens to people and the context of the situation before coming to any decisions and I love that. And the mc main magic is crush magic which is one of my favorite. And I barely see any ff with this type of magic, surprisingly. Next I wanna talk about the plot of the story. Ethan being Gildarts soon genuinely makes sense due to the type of person Gildarts is. And the author explore the world and characters of ff I never seen before in a fanfiction. Although there's only one arc which I don't like which is the flashback arc but that's still pretty good imo. It was just dragged out a little but if you can past some of the issues in the early chapters as I know they aren't planned compared to the chapters now, your in for a amazing ride. O I forget to mention the love interest is Ultear a underrated waifu imo so a plus for that. Overall one of the best fanfiction in this site and the best fairy tail fanfiction I read.

Huh, I remember reading the story 'till chapter 20 or something(around the Grand Magic Games) on Fanficion.net, and then dropping it, or rather doing a pause and forgetting. I was just not in the mood to read anything, but now I will surely finish it. From what I can remember the story is superb, really. And if you've never been to Fanfiction.net or AO3, only reading fanfictions on Webnovel, then congratulations, it will probably be the best fanfiction you've ever read(99.9% fanfics on this site are lame, to say the least). The grammar is good, the character development is amazing, and the world-building is fabulous. The MC is definitely a womanizer, yet the author isn't a **** on steroids. You need to understand that dark things may and will happen in this story, so don't be pussies. I will write another review regarding the plot, as I don't want to spoil.
