I only write this review to let people know in advance that the MC was abandoned on an island with two giant sea monsters by Ariel and King Triton. Not the worst thing in the world until you realize MC was only there to save Ariel, and to make it even worse Triton was the one who sent the sea monsters to swallow the island with a small amount of innocent people on the island as well. Ariel in this book legit saved fish from a pirates net, risking her life in the process then decides to switch up on MC at the first admonishment from her father. I only warn about this because MC himself states that it’s a trivial matter and wouldn’t let this change his FRIENDSHIP with her, which sucks because I originally liked his character but now I can’t read any chapter about Ariel and him without just skipping.
