The translation is average. The constant changing of names is really annoying but not the main problem. What annoys me the most is that characters don't stay in character. Constantly changing to fit the situation. I haven't seen enough One Piece to know if it's One Piece or this fanfic but the random drama is so bloody annoying. So many cockroaches crawling out of the woodwork all the time, too.
