There are so many problems with the translation that I'm not too sure where I should start 😅 Firstly, there are plenty of occasions with inappropriate choice of words. The Grammer and sentence structures are also off. Secondly, I do not like the Americanization of the novels. E.g. changing the Main Characters name from a Chinese name to a Western name. I have always been against translators localizing the translation and taking such a liberal approach in defacing/butchering the original author's work. Besides, if I was looking for a Western novel, I would look for it on Kindle, preferably written by a Western author. I find all these fake Americanized novels off-putting and will not be earning any coins from me.
