Ahh what a book!! Really can’t wait for Vol. 2 to come out. That ending was just...my heart. I know some of these questions may be answered in the next volume, but figure I’ll ask them here for posterity sake: 1. Why hasn’t Andy told Erika who her family is? She wants Erika to be her wife but she isn’t telling her who she is. It’s not like she won’t find out eventually, and if her concern is about her only being there for the money, that’s clearly not the case. 2. She never told Erika that she knows Mei’s grandparents and their views on Alex being gay. That’s familial support for Erika, besides Mei who is also there. 3. I feel like this could help resolve some issues that Erika is having with coming out to her family. Yes, they may still be mad and possibly try to disown her, but she would have not only the support of Mei, her grandparents, and Andy, but Andy’s family and power as well. If there’s issues, she can train in Andy’s family’s business, since they operate In the same industry, solving her career crisis. I can see Andy being concerned about Erika coming out, especially with her going abroad for two years. Her parents are known to send her on blind dates and Andy is rightfully concerned what two years apart will do this early in the relationship. Erika’s proclivity to hide their relationship also worries Andy given how people will react to Erika being “single” (mixers, dates, etc). I can also understand Erika being anxious considering the treatment Alex received and not knowing that there is actual support behind her now. But Alex should’ve been able to show that Erika can still survive on her own. That’s my piece her at the end, waiting for the next volume to come out. It has been a rollercoaster but I’ve really enjoyed it. Thanks author!!
