I remember watching Hannah Montana as a child and realizing I need an edgier version, one that reflects real life situation and real response of people under such pressure. This is it, this magnificent gem right here! I love it! that it was a male version, only added to the thrill. I'm a goner for the male lead, that I am. ♥♥♥

First of all, the story is slow... which is not a bad thing actually, a lot of good novels are also slow, but the problem is that the author put an ancle deep amount of care and knowledge into anything. The cultivation type novels are known to all novel readers, i like it, its good and there is A LOT of it... Somehow the author chose to make a cultivation novel where the MC is part of a bast taming sect ( which is a GREAT idea and i don't recall another novel like that) and instead of fusing the deep system of cultivation novels and the fun level up system of a beast taming novel he chose to make a shallow cultivation system with boring uninteresting pets... he got the worst of both worlds, the negative Hannah Montana.

As someone who has caught up to the latest translation as of 24 January 2019. I suggest everyone give the novel a chance. The novel does start off awkwardly, but the author seems to pick up a sense of direction not too long after. There are several ideas that the author wants to bring to fruition, and they are very ambitious. It'll be interesting to see how the author handles it. In terms of the MC: The MC is awkwardly developed in the beginning, but you start to accept the MC's change rather quickly. It's like how Miley Cyrus went from how she was in Hannah Montana to her song Wrecking Ball. In terms of kingdom building: It's fast in the beginning; because the author has many ambitious ideas that he wants to start on. But, the story does slow down to a nice pace later.
