Honest review: read up to chapter 100 writing quality: 5 stars because it's good English. Story development: 3 stars because the author is pretty obvious in making the MC not OP. I get that he chose batman over superman as the first template, as superman might cost more points, making it harder to unlock. However, choosing the Green arrow over Cyborg? Green arrow and batman have similar skill sets aside from a few notable traits. I get that the author wants to balance the MCs power level to create more suspense but this is just too obvious. Cyborg should be the obvious pick here. ps. No hate for the green arrow tho as I'm not familiar with him. all I know is that he is human, sometimes did hand-to-hand combat, and is rich just like batman. character design: I don't quite get the personality of the MC and his people beside him like Eddie Brock. There are instances of personality changes, sometimes they're all for justice and then "let's plan and plot something for our benefit". For now I don't get the MC's moral alignment. World background: it's a Marvel fanfic world with other worlds smushed together like, John wick and ninja turtles.

I'll be honest in saying that when I first read 'Green Light' as this novels title, my first thought was green lanturn or their rings being used as a Martial Soul.
