Great book could use quite a bit of work on the grammar. My only other complaint and it’s a big one for me it usually stops me from reading books like these is the fact that you use modern titles and beliefs in it. The mother age 32 you call young but that is quite old at his time it’s around Caitlin’s age at the start of the war of 5 kings. Plus you call him a doctor which doesn’t exist in Westeros if recommend switching the name to master or learned man they are the only ones that know how to help in a birth. There is also a midwife who quite often is an older women in the family who has given birth before or someone in the area who has helped others through north before.
