So i have read up till the current chp (that is chp 5) A bit of spoiler in here So after reading i thingk that the writing quality is not bad. This novel i part fanfic and part aufic because there is some elements that was changed from the original series. Our mc is percy's older brother and unlike percy his abillity is more of an water elemental. His special abillity that tells him apart from other poseidon kids is that he can change his body into water (water body), he also have a system, and an unlimited growth in skill as long as he work hard. The reason i say its part aufic is because the fact that mc body can hide demigods scent from monster cause their mother to not marry thhat f4cking pig of a father gabriel( am i right in his name?), Mc also teaches percy how to train his body and mind, control water, and breath in water. The few other reason for i say this is aufic was that percy and mc mother was ALLOWED inside camp halfblood where usually one could enter only if he/she is a demigod, a god, and those who are given access. Oh yeah theres 2 major plothole that i manage to found that is if mc hides demigods scent why percy can still see monsters when the monster have no reason to show their true faces in public? Remember that the reason percy can see monster in his childhood is because they interact directly with percy in a hostile maner if not percy wont be able to see the as how tyson did. So percy should have been really shocked when chiron comes to their home and tells them the they were the sons of god . And then how could poseidon and his sons still get blamed as the lightning thief if mc bloodline hides their demigods status? There is hades kids, nico and his sister that managed to get off the radar from the great calamity prophecy by entering the hades casino where aging stop. (So you know that the great calamity prophecy is like 100x more important than the lightning thief problem) plus how the heck grover and chiron know that mc and percy is a half blood when their scent is gone? Because they are not confronted with monsters, they will never change schools and also means that they will never meet grover.
