Honestly I love how you've stuck to Itachi's character and kept some of the characters personalities relatively the same. Granted some had to be changed because of Itachi changing the past and certain people not dying or events not happening. Just one thing, as Heir to the Uchiha clan, if Itachi is not planning on betraying the village or committing the genocide of the Uchiha Clan, will he ever acknowledge Izumi's feelings, and or reciprocate them? Obviously when they're older. But I do believe in Canon he loved her as well. I'd just like to see that relationship happen in this Fanfic as it didn't have the chance to in Canon for obvious reasons.

Author clearly knows nothing about Naruto, if you want an edgy story with no real depth and accurate lore representation then this is your story but if you want an actual Naruto fanfic then skip it. Sure mc is evil but he’s also very stupid and morally makes zero sense, firstly Itachi couldn’t have killed mcs younger brother as after killing Izumi family photo saw Itachi nearly break and offered to kill the woman and children so it wasn’t Itachi who killed them. Secondly Itachi was just a child and so was sasuke so the mc who has knowledge of two lives thus should be a bit mature and not act like a child and immediately kill Itachis brother. If you wanted the mc to be against Itachi you could’ve done it if he didn’t have memories of naruto but now that he does it makes no sense as he would’ve understood that killing the uchiha was the only choice Itachi had, add that to the fact that there would’ve been no way the mc would’ve been spared if he was in the clan compounds.
