The main point of this book is following him on his journey to fulfill that task. He goes through a lot of internal struggles such as: Is it really possible to achieve such a thing? Is what I'm trying to do even the right choice?
It's the only soccer novel I'm currently following. I love how he develops so many skills, making him incredibly talented at only 17 years old. The AI makes some chapters inconsistent, but the soccer matches are interesting, and I can't wait for the 2014 World Cup in Brazil. I like soccer novels that take place between 2006 and 2024 (like this one, which is set in 2013/14) because I'm familiar with the top players.
