An ordinary young man from Earth dies in an accident and is reborn in the world of My Hero Academia. However, he is not gifted with a Quirk, but rather a power from a brutal and living otherworld: Incursio, a dragon armor that grants him incredible power at the cost of excruciating pain and the risk of losing his humanity.
With the memories of two lives, he enrolls in U.A. High under the name Tatsumi, hiding the true nature of his dangerous powers. He must navigate a competitive school life, form complex alliances, and face the threat of the League of Villains he knows from his past "stories."
His situation is further complicated when ghosts from the world of Incursio begin to appear, led by a legendary assassin, Akame, who has an unexpected connection to the soul residing within his armor. Caught between his duties as an aspiring hero, his hunt for the mysterious assassin organization Yozakura, and an internal war to control the "dragon" within him, Tatsumi must fight not only to protect his new world, but also to find his true self at the crossroads of two destinies.

Hope I don’t regret the rating, I’m letting it marinate before consumption. I’ll read it maybe around 100 chapters. You can also go further with his quirk, like instead of just adaptation and evolution he starts being able to absorb quirk factors through blood and adding it into his quirk factor, like how Izuku does it from the fanfiction - Blood For The Blood God by Ryujin Maoi, it would give Tatsumi some diversity.
