This is a fun read. The problem stems from the 'nerfing' of Batman and Robin's intelligence to give the MC a chance. Granted, without that, there would be no story, so... yeah... I think this would work better if it was just a Batman-centric story instead of a Justice League story. That way, the bat family's perspectives and experience could align closer to the the MC's level. If inconsistent Bat Family intelligence and capability bothers you, this may not be for you.
