Great story! I love the fact that mc is following in the footsteps of Voldemort! Perhaps mc will be more successful than he ever was with his flawed ideology. Perhaps mc as a muggle-born could create his own organisation like Grindelwald of 'wizard superiority' or something like that which would stop nonsensical wizard racism towards each other and look at future muggle threat or something. It would be kinda boring and sad if mc suddenly becomes goody 2 shoes or a muggle lover. I mean in modern times a single smartphone video of wizards could expose their whole world.

So far it has my interest. To keep my interest don't make mc typical extreme pro-muggle-born and muggle lover. There are plenty of stories like these. What caught my interestest at the first place is mc origin being (gaunt) so make something out of it! Make him a dark wizard but not crazy like Voldemort. Maybe have blood supremacy factor somehow connecting with him while he is in Slytherin.
