I loved this story until the FML started to treat the ML Osric as a whipping boy. She became arrogant and vicious and I stopped reading it. I thought this would be a story about mistakes, learning and growing through the mistakes and atonement not the FML becoming heartless and viscous. Both Osric and her Father made unforgivable mistakes. Both needed atonement. I don’t like how the characters started changing. Lavinia and Osric should have stood united and defeated all obstacles. He was worthy. She became not
