After an unfair life and death, Qin Hua was miraculously gifted with a second chance. But she was a dog now? And the world suddenly changed? Terrifying beasts roamed the streets instead of cars and trucks. Plants turned deadly. Rifts to other realms opened in random street corners and more importantly, humans gained unimaginable abilities! Earth entered a new beginning where mana was abundant and one's monetary wealth no longer determined their fate! With the strong surviving and the weak perishing, will Qin Hua kill or be killed in this new world? This is a story of the earth's spiritual awakening and a dog's rise to power!
Forty Millennium of Cultivation is a cultivation story in a Sci Fi setting about a young man whose soul was transmigrated to this cultivation world inheriting an ancient legacy through disaster. The legacy doesn't matter much as he progresses gets stronger and gains more knowledge but every arc seems to follow the same pattern of cultivation, competition and conflict. What annoys me a bit is that the author repeats and overexplains concepts/ideologies, technologies, techniques and different scenarios of who is strong or weak, who might be who and what might happen or not happen, overcomplicating things to make it seem more challenging only with it ending in a twist. It's a straightforward story of a dog eat dog world with the 'dog chasing the cat, stalking the mouse unaware of the toaster lurking behind, flying to Mars' If you don't mind piles of redundancies you might give it a try.
