I really like this novel though the story seems slow it have a massive amount of story plot not to mention I believe the first record is really important to shaping the MC's character for future records. Since thus is his first record the author put a lot of emphasis on preparing the MC's character. Once the character development and family development is over the plot will most likely speed up by an explosive amount not to mention tier 9 doesn't even seem to be the limit. So it's safe to assume that after first record the mc will probably be more focused on the his family in the first record then when he begins to move about in the next few records.
